TS Capital is an investment vehicle that was created and designed to take advantage both of opportunities that arise in the course of One51's business activities and those that emerge from the ongoing investment search process. The existing portfolio is diverse, and the investment objective is to create long-term, sustained shareholder value.

TS Capital's investment philosophy focuses on potential investments in several asset classes.
Existing portfolio of assets
The existing portfolio comprises public sector investments, private sector investments, a property portfolio and investments in private equity funds.
Public Equity
TS Capital will focus on special situations which will present significant value-enhancing opportunities to shareholders.
Private Equity
A two-tier approach is being taken. TS Capital will make leveraged, ring-fenced investments directly in small- to mid-sized businesses. TS Capital view a significant opportunity within the Irish market in this regard. It will also co-invest with established private equity groups, and investment relationships have already been established with Capvest and Permira.
Irish Pride Bakeries is a 100% subsidiary of TS Capital
Property
Several opportunities are being considered regarding property in Northern Ireland and Europe. It is likely that any such development would be undertaken in partnership with local developers.
