One51's 24% stake in NTR remains the Group's most significant CleanTech investment to date. NTR has interests in Wind Energy and Bio-Ethanol production in the United States. The company also operates waste management businesses in Ireland and the US under the "Greenstar" name, and has a minority holding in Celtic Anglian Water, the largest private water infrastructure company in Ireland.

  • Bio-Ethanol - as of 12 September 2011, NTR owned approximately 21% of publicly traded US ethanol and agronomy company Green Plains Renewable Energy.
