Philip Lynch
Philip Lynch is Chief Executive Officer of One51. Between 1983 and 2005, Philip served as Chief Executive Officer, and subsequently Chairman of IAWS Group plc (now owned by Aryzta AG). He is a non-executive director of C&C Group plc, FBD Holdings plc and OpenHydro Ltd, and is Chairman of the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board.
Alan Walsh
Alan Walsh (ACA, AITI) is Chief Financial Officer of One51 having previously served as Head of Taxation. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and subsequently worked with Matheson Ormsby Prentice and AXIS Capital. Alan graduated from University College Dublin with a degree in International Commerce.
Paul Dixon
Paul Dixon (FCA) is Managing Director of the metals and materials recycling and hazardous waste management businesses within One51's Environmental Services Division. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of One51. Prior to joining One51, Paul worked with IAWS Group plc (now owned by Aryzta AG). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers having graduated from University College Galway with a degree in Commerce.
Michael Long
Michael Long has been an executive director of One51 since its incorporation. Prior to joining One51, Michael held a number of senior management positions with IAWS Group plc (now owned by Aryzta AG).

Dr Noel Cawley
Dr Noel Cawley was formerly Chief Executive of the Irish Dairy Board. He is Chairman of Teagasc (the Agricultural and Food Development Authority) and has served as Chairman of the Irish Horse Board. Noel is also a Director of An Bord Bia and he chairs the Government established Seafood Review and Implementation Group.
Hans Droog
Hans Droog (FCA, AITI) was formerly Managing Director of One51's Environmental Services division. Previously, he was a senior partner with Ernst & Young and subsequently held a senior management position with IAWS Group plc (now owned by Aryzta AG).
Eithne FitzGerald
Eithne FitzGerald is a Partner of the law firm A&L Goodbody, where she is Head of Corporate Finance. She managed the firm's London office for 3-years in the 1990's. Eithne is the author of the Irish section of "A Practitioner's Guide to Takeover and Mergers in the EU" and regularly writes on legal topics and speaks at conferences.
Hugo Maguire
Hugo Maguire is Chairman of Town of Monaghan Co-Operative Society Ltd and a Director of Farmer Business Developments plc.
David Martin
David Martin (FCMA) was previously Group Financial Director of IAWS Group plc (now owned by Aryzta AG). David is currently a Director of the Dormant Accounts Board and a number of private companies.
James C. Murphy
James Murphy was formerly Chief Executive and Secretary of the Arrabawn Co-Operative Society Ltd.

Ivan Yates was formerly an Irish Government Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry and also formerly Chairman and Managing Director of the sports betting chain, Celtic Bookmakers. Ivan is currently chairman of Independent Radio Sales Ltd and a director of a number of private companies.
